How do I log in to manage my subscription?

Tap "Manage My Subscription" above and enter the email you used at checkout. We'll email you a secure link that opens your subscription, where you can skip, pause, change or cancel.

How do I skip a refill?

Open your portal and choose "Skip" on your next delivery. Your plan carries on as normal after that.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Pause from your portal and resume whenever you're ready. Nothing ships or bills while you're paused.

How do I change how often it ships?

Refills ship every 28 days by default. In your portal you can move your next delivery date earlier or later.

Can I change my set or quantity?

Yes. You can change how many cans ship per refill from your portal, or contact us and we'll do it for you.

How do I cancel?

Open your portal and choose "Cancel subscription". Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. No fees, no contracts.

When am I billed?

You're billed on the day each refill ships, every 28 days from your first order. You'll get an email before each renewal.

What ships on the Buy 2, Get 1 FREE plan?

Your first order ships 3 cans: 2 paid plus 1 free. After that, each refill ships 2 cans every 28 days. The free can is a one-time welcome gift.
